Future Health ProfessionalsHOSA is a national student organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Health Science Education (HSE) Division of ACTE. HOSA's two-fold mission is to promote career opportunities in the health care industry and to enhance the delivery of quality health care to all people. HOSA's goal is to encourage all health science instructors and students to join and be actively involved in the HSE-HOSA Partnership.
HOSA provides a unique program of leadership development, motivation, and recognition exclusively for secondary, postsecondary, adult, and collegiate students enrolled in health science education and biomedical science programs or have interests in pursuing careers in health professions. Family, Career, & Community Leaders of americaFamily, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) is the only Career and Technical Student Organization with Family as it's central focus. FCCLA works to promote personal growth and leadership development through Family and Consumer Sciences Education. FCCLA activities and competitions provide students with opportunities to explore career choices, serve as a advocate and build stronger communities through community service efforts.
The Coffee Middle FCCLA Chapter meets twice a month to plan and implement individual leadership projects, local community service efforts, state and national campaigns and prepare for region, state and national competitions. |
NJROTCThe purpose of the Navy JROTC Program is to instill in students the value of citizenship, service to the United States, personal responsibility, and a sense of accomplishment. The program also promotes leadership, self respect, respect for others and teamwork. Emphasis is placed on military drill and ceremonies, uniform regulations, physical fitness, principles of health, first aid and survival.
